The short version
This website has no forms, no accounts and no shopping cart. We do not ask you to type anything into it, and there is nowhere for you to do so. If you want to reach us you call or email, and then we have whatever you chose to tell us — nothing more.
Who we are

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies in your browser and records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It also records when somebody taps a phone number or an email address on the site, which is how we know whether a page is doing its job.
We do not use this to identify you, and we have no way to connect it to your name. If you would rather not be counted, every major browser can block cookies for a site, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics everywhere.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary request logs — IP address, time, the page requested — for a short period as part of running and protecting the service. This is the same record any web server keeps, and we do not use it for anything other than keeping the site up.
What happens when you contact us
If you phone us, we have your number and whatever you tell us. If you leave a voicemail we keep the recording until we have dealt with it. If you email us, we have your email and its contents. We use all of that for one thing: answering you and doing the work. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
We keep enough of it to have a record of work we have done — dates, addresses and what was cleaned — which is ordinary business record-keeping. Ask us and we will tell you what we have.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no version of this policy that describes something the site does not actually do.
