What we see in Egremont vents
Egremont is rural and thinly settled, with old farmhouses through North and South Egremont and a significant share of houses that are not lived in year-round. Second homes get the same annual service interval as anywhere else on paper, but in practice they go longer between cleanings because nobody is standing in front of the dryer noticing it slow down.
Getting to you in Egremont
Forty minutes and one of the further towns we cover, so same-day is not realistic here and we book it with other South County work. If the house is unoccupied when we come, we will need arranged access — a key-holder, a code, or a neighbour.
We cover the whole town, including North Egremont and South Egremont.
